Parts For Boats And Outboards

Whether you need repairs, routine maintenance, or you are looking to make the boat your own, we carry a wide selection of parts and accessories. If we do not have it on the shelf, we are happy to order it for you, and our parts staff will make sure the part you leave with is the right one.

What We Stock

Parts For Every Part Of The Boat

Most of what a boat needs over a season is small, specific, and frustrating to source anywhere else. We keep the everyday items on hand and order the rest, which usually means you are back on the water in days rather than chasing a part number around the internet.

Engine And Outboard Parts

Impellers, water pump kits, thermostats, plugs, filters, belts, and the service items an outboard or sterndrive goes through on a normal schedule.

Propellers And Hardware

Aluminum and stainless propellers, hubs, nuts, and thrust washers, plus advice on pitch if the boat is loaded differently than it was when new.

Batteries And Electrical

Marine batteries, switches, chargers, fuses, wiring, and the connectors that fail first on a boat that lives outdoors through a Pennsylvania winter.

Seating And Upholstery

Helm chairs, bench cushions, vinyl, and the fasteners and trim that go with them, whether you are replacing one seat or refreshing an entire interior.

Covers Bimini And Canvas

Mooring covers, bimini tops, frames, straps, and snaps. A cover that fits properly is the cheapest protection a boat will ever get.

Trailer Parts

Bearings, hubs, lights, winch straps, rollers, and bunk carpet, because the trailer is the part of the rig that usually fails on the way to the ramp.

Everything Else You Need Aboard

Alongside the mechanical parts, we carry the accessories that make a day on Raystown Lake easier. Ask at the counter if you do not see what you are after, since a good deal of our stock does not make it onto a list.

Customization

Make It Your Own

Got a custom design in mind? When you want to customize your boat, personal watercraft, or outboard, we have the experience and the know how to make it happen. Give us a call or stop by, and let us help you plan out a build tailored to how you actually use the boat.

01

Plan It At The Counter

Bring in a photo, a sketch, or just an idea. We will talk through what is possible on your specific hull, what it will cost, and what it will take, before anything is ordered.

02

Parts Chosen To Fit

Accessories that almost fit cause more problems than they solve. We match parts to your make, model, and year rather than handing you something close and wishing you luck.

03

Fitted By Our Own Shop

If you would rather not fit it yourself, our service department can do the work. Buying the part and having it installed under one roof means nobody is arguing about whose problem it is.

04

Built Around Your Style

From flooring and seating through to wrap guard finishes and audio, the point of a custom build is that the boat comes back looking like yours and not like everyone else's.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common Parts Questions

What if the part I need is not in stock?

We order it. That is a normal part of the job rather than an exception, and it is why the shelf does not need to hold everything. Tell us what you need and we will give you availability and a realistic date rather than a vague promise.

Which brands do you carry parts for?

South Bay, Mercury Marine, Mercruiser, and Volvo Penta are the ones we handle most, since those are what we sell and service. We can source parts well beyond that list, so ask even if your engine is not named here.

Do you sell parts for boats you did not sell?

Yes. Where the boat came from makes no difference to us. Bring the make, model, year, and engine and we will work from that.

What information do you need from me?

Make, model, year, and engine will cover most requests. For anything specific, the serial number off the engine or the hull identification number is worth having, because manufacturers change parts mid model year more often than people expect.

Can you install the parts I buy?

Yes. Our service department handles installation and repair work, and buying the part and having it fitted in the same place removes the usual back and forth if something does not go to plan. Ask at the counter and we will book it in.

Do you help work out which part I actually need?

That is most of what the counter does. Describe the symptom rather than guessing at a part number and we will work backwards to the right item. Bringing the old part in makes it faster still.

Do you carry parts for personal watercraft?

We do work on personal watercraft, including customization, so bring us the details and we will tell you honestly whether we can source what you need. Some models are easier to supply than others.

Can I have a part shipped to me?

Ask when you order. Most items can be arranged, though some are cheaper and quicker to collect than to send. We will tell you which yours is rather than defaulting to whichever suits us.

Are the parts genuine or aftermarket?

Both are available for most jobs. There are places where genuine is worth the difference and places where a good aftermarket part is the sensible choice, and we will tell you which is which instead of simply selling you the dearer one.

When is the best time to order for spring?

Earlier than most people do. Every dealer in the region is chasing the same service items in April and May, so a part ordered over the winter arrives without drama. If you already know what the boat needs, order it before the season starts.

Do you carry accessories as well as parts?

Yes, and a good deal of it. Life jackets, tubes and towables, covers and bimini tops, anchors and docking gear, oils, cleaners, audio, and lighting. Not all of it is listed on this page, so ask if you do not see it.

How do I reach the parts department?

Call 814 658 3464, come in and see us, or send a parts request using the button on this page. Any of the three reaches the same people.
